As a new year dawns on us, we all hope for peace and prosperity during the coming months. We are all going through changes some of us have never seen before but the challenge is to stay focussed and remain strong. This year I intend to use the medium of video more and more in my communication with you. Here is a brief message I recorded earler.

Last ordering Dates - Christmas 2011
Last dates for placing orders to guarantee arrival for Christmas is Friday 16th December. All orders placed by this date will be shipped to arrive by Thursday 22nd December.
anneherbert.com will be closed from midday on Thursday 23rd December 2011 and will re-open on Wednesday 4th January 2011.
All orders placed after 16th December will be sent to arrive after 4th January.

Free Prints unavailable during November - December
Unfortunately we are unable to provide free prints during the months of November and December due to high volume of orders at this very busy time. We hope you understand and apologise in advance for any inconvenience. We will continue orders in January 2012.
Once again we really really apologise for the long delay in getting your free prints to you. This service is really popular and we are trying very hard to get them to you.

We provided some acrylic blocks of images from her favourite Sardinian beach for her new bathroom. We were delighted to hear our customer Julian Evans of the Leading childrens wallpaper company Walltastic has been awarded a place in the Smarta 100, which lists Britain's leading small businesses.
Here is a picture of Julian sitting behind the acrylic table we created for him recently. Julian was really pleased with the table and wrote a glowing testimonial for us.

We really really apologise for the long delay in getting your free prints to you. This service is really popular and we are trying very hard to get them to you.
In addition some sad spammer has taken hold of the link and we are inundated with requests from some not so real people. Bear with us a bit whilst we include CAPTCHA codes so only real people like you can send us requests.

Christmas Cut-Off Dates 2009
The cut off point for ordering products this year is Friday 11th December. All orders will be processed and shipped out by Friday 18th December and any late orders on Monday 21st December. We will be available on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd by phone and email to deal with any issues or orders that have not arrived.
Please note this is a busy time for us and also for our couriers who have been known to deliver over two days rather than the usual overnight turnaround. Do please help us by doing the following:-

We are very proud to receive the prestigious Gold Award from Digital Photo Magazine, the UK's leading photography magazine with an ABC of 68,687 and a monthly readership of 365,000.
In their October 2009 issue, Digital Photo Magazine looked at six of the top canvas printing companies in the industry to see which ones provided the best image quality, build and overall finish.
The Gold Award went to PhotoArtistry with 5 stars each for the general overall verdict, image quality and the finish and build.
In testing the product, Phil Hall of Digital Photo Magazine concluded: "...the solid timber with top notch construction resulted in a rigid frame, while the canvas is skilfully wrapped around the frame with neat folds in the corners - impressive when you consider the thickness of the canvas used.
