Is there a minimum quantity that I have to order?
There is no minimum quantity.
Are there any set up fees?
No, the price you are quoted is what you have to pay, there are no extra set up charges.
Can I email my image to you?
Yes it’s possible to submit images via email. If you choose to submit an image by email, please save it with JPEG file compression to create a file of a suitable size. Please note that most service providers set a limit to the size of file attachments that can be sent by email. At PhotoArtistry, we have a 2mb limitation. The best way to send us a file would be to upload it to our server www.anneherbert.com/uploads.php. We can accept files up fo 50mb in size. Please be sure to send us an email with the filename as we do not get automatic notification on uploaded files.
Can I save my image on a CD and mail it to you?
Yes, this is probably the best way to submit your image if it is larger than 50mb. When sending your image on CD, please save it as an uncompressed TIFF file. Alternatively, you can upload the file to our server at www.anneherbert.com/uploads.php. We can accept files up to 50mb. Please be sure to send us an email with the filename as we do not get automatic notification on uploaded files.
Will you scan my image if I send it to you?
Yes, if you do not have access to a scanner, we’ll be happy to take your original print and scan it for you. There is no additional cost for this service if the scanning is required as part of your print order. We use a Nikon Coolscan 8000 which scans at a resolution of up to 4000 dots per inch (dpi). Our default scanning resolution is 600dpi. This is more than sufficient to get a high quality print. We can scan from 35mm negatives, 35mm slides and medium format transparancies.
