Your artwork or photos mounted on 12mm, 18mm or 25mm MDF Blocks

Mounting your prints on MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) blocks provides another fantastic way of displaying your artwork or photographs. Here at anneherbert.com, the MDF block mount is made in every bit, the traditional way.

Each block is cut to size to match your artwork or photograph, sanded and hand painted with a high quality emulsion mixed specially for MDF.

You have a couple of options too; a flat edge or a 45 degree bevel? The choice is yours. Black sides, white sides? Whichever option works best to present your photograph at its best. Just let us know when you place your order (look out for the options when you choose your product).

Your image is then printed using high quality Epson inks, laminated with a 50 micron pvc satin matte lustre laminate and heat sealed onto the MDF block using a vacuum press. This provides a more permanent adhesive than any glue.

The result is a stylish block mounted print that enhances your print and gives you years of pleasure.

We do try our best to delight you. Please let us know if you need to vary your photos further; a high gloss or matte laminate instead of the usual satin matte lustre? A different colour to the edges of the block? Just call or email and we will work with you to get the best results.

Every block mount comes complete with fittings and is ready to hang. You do not need to string the block up, just two screws or picture hangers on the wall and your picture will hang flush. If you prefer, we can provide battens on the back of the block to give you a floating mount. You just have to ask.
